A savvy businesswoman, ordained pastor, coach, wife, and mother of three, Priscilla Black uses her diverse background and skill set to empower and inspire people to pursue their fullest potential—in their career, lifestyle, business, relationships and spiritual life.

After earning a degree in psychology from Oral Roberts University in Tulsa, Oklahoma, Priscilla spent a year mentoring inner-city youth with Americorps in Atlanta before entering the business world climbing the corporate ladder to work for two top Fortune 500 companies—first Google, and then, Amazon in Senior Recruiting, Community Organization Leader and as a Diversity & Inclusion trainer.

Growing up in one most dangerous neighborhoods in Memphis, TN, she never imagined how God would use her own humble beginnings to add value to the lives of people many.

In addition to her professional role, you’ll find Priscilla serving alongside her husband, Pastor Evan Black, at Faith4Life Church in the suburbs of Austin, Texas. Together, they minister to a diverse congregation and are committed to sharing a message of freedom and hope to everyone, regardless of background, ethnicity, and economic status.

Encouraging others as a career coach, public speaker, and lifestyle influencer brings Priscilla great joy. She believes, “no matter where you are in your life’s journey, it’s never too late to hit the reset button and begin again, by the grace of God.”
